MIXING SONGS IN VIRTUAL DJ LIKE A PRO....

hi friends...
This is my first blog. I after watching the professional dj's wated to become like them. then i downloaded the virtual dj 7 pro softwares and spent hours mixing the songs....
You can also learn to mix songs by following some simple steps and using a little common sense...
First you have to install virtual dj (i will be telling about virtual dj 7 but you can work on any previous versions).
Then you must have a lot os songs of different variety. Songs with regular beats will work the best.
Then open the software's executable file. you can see 2 decks onto which you will place your songs.
Before everything you must know about bpm i.e. beats per minute.... in the songs list in v_dj you will find a coloumn named BPM.
The songs with same bpm or with a very less difference in bpm will mix perfectly.
Now let us take two songs with same bpm, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE - DAVID GUETTA and I AM SEXY AND I KNOW (REMIX) - LMFAO.
Drag the first track onto 1st deck and second track onto 2nd deck.
Slide the crossfader towards 1st deck and play the song. lets suppose its bpm is 130.00
Then play the track on 2nd deck.
And all magic is done by SYNC button.
Click the SYNC button below 2nd deck and voila!!!!!! Your tracks are now matched in bpm.
Now just slowly move the crossfader towards 2nd deck.
When the crossfader is in between the two decks you will hear both the tracks simultaneously but on same beats....
Now you can mix other songs like the method i told you....:)
